PIXEL PARADE ALBUM RELEASE!

At last! The time has come! The moment you've all been waiting for! Ok ok, i'll just say it...

The release date for "Echoes In Color", the first full length album debut for Pixel Parade, is Tuesday, April 6th!

The album will be 2 discs consisting of 17 tracks each! That's 34 tracks total!
Each album package is hand constructed by me, and the artwork for each album cover and disc will be hand screen printed and signed by me! This makes each album a limited edition piece of artwork!

This cd is a limited release. There will only be 100 copies of this album made. Ever!

The album will be $25. You can purchase it directly from me (i take cash and checks), or if you prefer, I will also make an online paypal (credit/debit card and paypal only) option available for those of you who live far away or whom I dont see often.

This release is huge for me! I'm so pumped to be sharing this with all of you! It feels like such a long time coming!

Oh and for those of you who dont know, the day of the album release is also my birthday! i'm most likely having a release show/birthday party on or around that day. I'll keep all of you informed about that as i know more.

the process of progress

I have just received notification of my acceptance into Artsprojekt! I am in a little disbelief at the moment, as I was not expecting to be warranted such an opportunity. To be a part of an exclusive community of talented artists whom I've looked up to for years is a dream come true. And this is the a small step towards making my larger goals a reality.

In other news, I have completely finished tracking the Pixel Parade album! I may have to re-record some vocals on one song, but other than that, the music is finished. I'm in the beginning stages of the artwork and packaging production. Although financing the album's production is becoming a small issue, which may push it's release date to early next year. That remains to be decided. I'll be updating on this soon. in the meantime, please check out several of the tracks from the upcoming album at the Pixel Parade web page Right Here!


In even further news, I am exceptionally proud to announce that I have 12 pieces in the top 36 winning places, including 1st and 3rd place, in PxlDust's quarterly artist competition! All 12 pieces will be published in PxlDust Magazine both online at pxldust.com and for purchase on lulu.com soon. Just finished updating the website. A plethora of new work is up, so please take a look around.

I only have 12 days left for the PxlDust competition. Still holding several of the top positions including 1st and 2nd! Things are looking promising for the moment, but who knows what will between now and the 22nd.

The Pixel Parade album is coming along well. Completed 12 new tracks for it on Saturday! The recording/mixing process is just about finished, and then it will be on to the art and package design!

Not much going on with CCVSTR at the moment, but both Mr. Page and I are busy. i'm trying to mix the demos we recorded and get some of them up on our page in the next couple days. So stay tuned!
